NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The ride-share company Uber is expanding it’s service area in middle Tennessee.
Residents in Gallatin, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro will now be able to use Uber.
The expansion comes after new ride-sharing legislation was passed allowing companies like Uber and Lyft to operate in the state.
Uber has operated in Nashville for two years. It first came to Music City in 2013. It’s also available in Knoxville, Memphis and Chattanooga.
