WINCHESTER, Tenn. - A six month undercover investigation in Franklin County uncovered mushroom laced tootsie rolls, marijuana, and hallucinogenic drugs in school.
Those with the Sheriff's Office said 12 people were indicted by a grand jury.
Two juveniles were also in trouble for their role in the drug scheme.
They said it all started at Franklin High School and then moved to the parking lots of other businesses.
