TROUSDALE COUNTY, Tenn. — Trousdale County's swift water rescue team sprang into action to rescue two kayakers stranded by fast-moving water.
It happened Saturday on Goose Creek near Latti Reese Road. The heavy rains caused the river to rise, making for a strong, fast current. Both were rescued by using rope technicians to pull them to safety. No one was injured.
