School Patrol: Overbrook Students Make Maple Syrup

At Overbrook School, the 4th grade students have undertaken a STEM project, that calls for them
to tap the campus trees and make their own maple syrup.

Sister Jane Michael, spearheaded the effort, said the kids have literally gone outside in the cold, and tapped the Sugar Maple Trees for sap.

They then bring it inside in order to boil it down, and creat the syrup. They've called themselves the "Happy Tappers."
