Fiber is something that obviously you want a lot of in your diet, and carrots are great. And sure, they have more sugar than, say, broccoli, but it’s not something you should be worried about because it’s a naturally occurring sugar. That’s an important distinction to make. It’s not going to have the same effect as drinking a can of soda, for instance.
