Looking for some new music? Apple is offering a free, three-month trial membership for its service Apple Music. So, what is Apple Music? It's a music streaming service like Spotify or Pandora. When you join, you get to listen to 40 million songs without ads, whether you have access to WiFi or cell service or not. It works both online and offline. The membership for individuals is regularly $9.99 a month, but you don't have to pay that fee for the first three months with Apple's free trial. Then, if you don't like the service or just don't want to start paying for it after the free trial is over, Apple says you can cancel anytime. Students can get the same deal, but their monthly membership fee is only $4.99 after the free trial period ends. A family membership is $14.99 per month after the free trial period and gets you music for up to six people. In addition to being able to search for your favorite song, you can discover new music with Apple Music thanks to the service's playlists and radio station, Beats 1. You can also create a profile and follow your friends to see what new music they're listening to.
