An app that has been bringing groceries from the store straight to kitchen counters has expanded.
The app is called "Shipt," and it puts a Publix grocery store right at the public’s fingertips.
Starting Thursday, the service has been set to cover all of Nashville, plus Gallatin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Thompson's Station, Spring Hill, Mount Juliet, La Vergne, and Smyrna.
The app works very similar to other shopping apps. Shoppers select an item and then add it to their shopping basket.
There is a yearly $99 fee for the service. For more information, click here.
