A vigil was held in Nashville honoring victims and survivors of violent crime.
Governor Bill Haslam, along with federal, state, and local safety officials hosted the 15th annual "Season to Remember" ceremony Thursday night.
Families and friends who have lost loved ones to homicide gathered to hang ornaments on memorial wreaths.
Those wreaths will be on display at the State Capitol throughout the holiday season.
