CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man has been arrested after allegedly shooting and injuring a victim in Montgomery County.
Authorities said Marcus Mitchell, of Clarksville, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
The shooting happened around 12:40 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of Nolen Road.
When officers arrived on scene, they found one male victim. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was expected to be okay.
Mitchel was booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $30,500 bond.
