NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person was taken into custody after a shooting at a Motel 6 in Nashville.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon at the motel on Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Metro Nashville police said a suspect fired shots into a room on the third floor and fled the scene. That person was later taken into custody in a field near Percy Priest Dam.
Injuries have been reported but it appears no one was shot.
No additional details were known.
