One person was injured in a shooting in Portland Friday night.
Portland Police said they were called out to Tristar Portland Emergency Room for a juvenile male who'd shown up shot in the hand.
The victim told police the shooting happened at Meadowbrook Park.
He said he'd met up with several subjects in a vehicle he described as a black Tahoe with aftermarket rims.
The victim stated he was in the back seat with a black male when as an argument began he tried to get out and was shot.
He stated he ran from the vehicle and three juveniles who'd witnessed what happened took him to the ER.
He was able to identify an occupant of the Tahoe who police located and took into custody.
Detectives issued warrants for 18-year-old Muoc Rut, who they believe is the shooter.
Rut's last known address was 125 Rolling Meadows in Portland.
Portland Police urge anyone who's seen Rut or know of his whereabouts to contact 615-451-3838 with information.
