Officials have been investigating at the scene of a shooting on Moorewood Drive.
The shooting happened before 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3300 block, near the corner of Rainwood Drive.
Authorities said one victim showed up at Skyline Medical Center by private vehicle with gunshot wounds to his hand and hip. His injuries were believed to be non-life threatening.
According to the victim, he was walking in the area of the shooting when a male suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt fired at him for an unknown reason.
The victim added he didn't know where the suspect fled after the shooting. He also didn't know if there was a vehicle nearby.
Multiple shots were fired. Police had taped off an area were at least 13 markers were on the ground to show were shell casings were found.
Further details were not immediately available as authorities continued the investigation.
