An investigation got underway after a shooting at the Charter Village Apartments.
Authorities said the shooting happened in the 300 block of Rio Vista Drive around 11 p.m. Friday.
One person had a single gunshot wound to the shoulder and was allegedly inadvertently shot.
The victim told police a passenger in another vehicle started shooting at someone else, but the victim was struck by the bullet instead.
Reports stated the victim did not have life-threatening injuries. The investigation remained ongoing.
