2 Men Killed In Clarksville Shooting

Police said they're searching for the suspects in a shooting that killed two men in Montgomery County. 

Officials with the Clarksville Police Department said the double shooting happened just before 7 p.m. Thursday near Fort Campbell Boulevard in Montgomery County. 

Officers were called to a home on the 100 block of Lasalle Street, which was where they found two people with gunshot wounds inside.

Investigators said 23-year-old James Tyler Wood was dead when they arrived on scene. Cuong Ba Nguyen, age 41, was taken to Tennova Medical Center by EMS in critical condition where he later died. 

Police have named two people of interest in the case. They were described as two black men, one having short dreadlocks and the other wearing a blue hat. They were believed to be driving a white Cadillac.

Details regarding exactly what happened during the shooting were unclear, but authorities added the incident did not appear to be random.
