MADISON, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person died and two others were hurt in a crash in Madison Tuesday evening.
The two-vehicle crash happened just after 4 p.m. at State Route 45 and Myatt Drive.
Metro Nashville Police officials said they have tentatively identified 63-year-old Bobby Liles as the person who was killed in the crash.
Investigators said as Liles was attempting to turn left from Old Hickory Boulevard to Myatt Drive, his pickup truck was hit in the front passenger side by the driver of a Chevrolet Camero. Liles died at the scene.
The driver of the Camero and his passenger were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. Police said the investigation is on-going, but there is no evidence of alcohol or drug involvement in the crash.
