Clarksville officials said they’re searching for a suspect who shot and killed a man on Providence Boulevard.
Just before midnight, late Saturday night, officers heard gunshots in the area of Bob’s Discount Tobacco.
They searched the area, and a man, believed to be in his 20s, was found behind the tobacco store.
Authorities said he had been shot. He was taken to Tennova where he passed away.
Police said they have been processing the crime scene and conducting interviews as the investigation continued.
