One person was killed when a tractor trailer overturned on southbound Interstate 65 in Marshall County.
The wreck was reported around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday at mile marker 32 on Interstate 65 southbound, near Mooresville Highway.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said a semi and a large box truck were traveling southbound when one rear-ended the other.
The impact of the crash caused the semi, which was hauling metal beams, to overturn. Troopers said 67-year-old Gale Griffen, of Utah, was killed. Three others were hurt.
The wreck also spilled fuel onto the interstate.

Daniel Laposa was charged with following too closely and for not exercising due care.
