One person was killed in a crash on Interstate 40 in Hickman County that also injured another adult and a child.
The single-vehicle collision was reported Friday morning in the eastbound lanes at mile marker 161.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said one person was killed.
A second adult was taken to the hospital, and a juvenile was taken by LifeFlight to Nashville with unknown injuries.
The right lane remained closed as authorities investigated at the scene.
No additional details were known.
