NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police responded to a section of railroad tracks near downtown Nashville after a man was struck by a train.
The collision happened at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday at Anthes Drive. WeGo confirmed the person was hit by an outbound train.
He died later Tuesday from his injuries.
WeGo says no passengers were on board the train at the time and no other injuries have been reported.
