CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police say a 15-year-old was injured in a drive-by shooting in Clarksville.
Officers were called to the scene near Oak Lane around 11:20 p.m. Sunday and found the teenager, who had been shot in the back.
According to police, he was on the side of the road when shots were fired from a dark-colored vehicle.
He was struck and airlifted to an area hospital. Police say he’s in “stable” condition but he may have long-term injuries.
Investigators say this doesn’t appear to be a random incident.
