NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Davidson County Sheriff's Office officials said16 inmates have tested positive for COVID-19 and 94 inmates are under COVID-19 restrictions.
Five of the 16 inmates have since recovered from the virus.
There are currently a total of 972 inmates in the jail.
A total of nine DCSO employees have tested positive with three of those staffers now recovered.
