A 16-year-old girl was injured in a drive-by shooting in the Edgehill neighborhood.
The incident happened on 14th Avenue South around midnight Thursday.
Metro Nashville Police officers said the girl was sitting on the front porch of a home when a car pulled up and fired several shots.
She was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
Officers described her injuries as minor.
A description of the gunman and the car police are looking for has not been released.
