An investigation got underway overnight after a teenager was shot in South Nashville.
Officers say it happened somewhere in South Nashville around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Investigators say a 16-year-old walked into TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Right now, it's unclear where the teen was shot and what led up to the shooting.
