Officials confirmed two people were killed in crash in Lawrence County.
The wreck happened on US 64 at Wesley Chapel Road before 7 p.m. Saturday.
Reports stated a vehicle, driven by 33-year-old Casey E. Hillhouse, was headed south on Wesley Chapel Road, and a second vehicle, driven by 47-year-old Wanda C. Gray, was headed east on US 64.
Authorities said Hillhouse failed to yield the right of way and hit Gray. Both vehicles left the roadway.
Two passengers in Gray's vehicle were killed. They were identified as 52-year-old Cynthia L. Williams and 42-year-old Ladonna L. Cruz.
Gray was injured in the crash. Hillhouse and a juvenile in his vehicle were also injured.
Hillhouse was cited, and criminal charges were pending.
