Two people and a dog were able to escape a burning building when fire broke out at a Nashville business.
The incident was reported Wednesday morning at Able Restaurant Equipment Company, located on Nolensville Pike.

The business owner said he awoke to the sound of alarms going off, and went downstairs to find the business engulfed in smoke.
The cause of the fire was not known at this time.
Nashville Fire crews were on the scene. Nolensville Pike has been shut down at Woodbine Street.
