Two people were injured in a drive-by shooting on 23rd Avenue North.
The shooting happened just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
Witnesses told police they saw two people firing what they believed to be semi-automatic handguns from a purple Dodge Charger.
One victim was in the 1600 block on the sidewalk and was shot in both arms.
The second victim was near Osage Street and was shot in the shoulder.
Both were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation remained ongoing.
