2 Springfield men arrested on meth charges

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two Springfield men were arrested on drug charges on Thursday after the initiation of a search warrant at their residence.

Inside the home on Flewellyn Road in Springfield, police found 5.6 ounces of suspected crystal methamphetamine, scales, baggies and hypodermic needles.

Philip "Tony" Dorris, 65, and Shawn Bryant Drew, 27, are both charged with possession of schedule II drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They are both being held in the Robertson County Detention Facility.
