Two teenagers charged with criminal homicide after they allegedly fired the gunshots that killed an innocent woman sitting inside her home.
Javon-terious Starnes, 16, and Dea-undre Ridley,17, are accused in the case. Investigators say on June 11 someone opened fire on the Antioch home, hitting 55-year Beverly Hicks.
She died a month later. Police believe the shooting stemmed from a dispute between the suspects and Hicks' nephew.
