NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two women were injured overnight when they were struck by stray bullets during a shooting south of Nashville.
The incident happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday on Claiborne Street.
Specific details of the shooting were still unknown.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said the victims were rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries. Both were expected to survive.
Their identities were not known.
No arrests have been made in the case.
