A woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 65.
The wreck happened in the southbound lanes near Old Hickory Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
Authorities said the driver of a 2003 Buick Century, identified as 20-year-old Corona Davis, of Lewisburg, left the roadway for unknown reasons and hit a utility pole.
Davis was taken to Skyline Medical Center where she died.
Officials said there was no evidence of alcohol or drug involvement at the scene of the crash. The investigation into the wreck was ongoing.
