Family and friends held a vigil for 22-year-old homicide victim, Trevor Armstrong.
They gathered to remember him and pray that police find the person responsible for his death.
Officials with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office opened the homicide investigation into Armstrong's death last week.
His body was found in a rural area of Williamson County near the Maury County line Thursday morning. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
