A total of 24 pets were found wandering from home during 4th of July celebrations and 10 were given a ride home.
Metro Animal Care and Control offered free rides to any pet found away from home Tuesday.

MACC officials said they would take the pets home as long as they could determine where that pet lived.
In all, 24 pets were found or brought to the shelter, so make sure to give them a call if you are still missing your furry friend.
