In years past, the Last Minute Toy Store has been set up at a small church on 61st Avenue in The Nations neighborhood. They’ve now partnered with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office to move the operation to the correctional facility off Harding Place.
Here's what you need:
- Photo ID
- Proof of residency
- Birth certificate for each child
- Proof of income
Take that information to the sheriff's office service center on Harding Place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday to get your ticket. However, lines form early so be prepared.
The Last-Minute Toy Store is still accepting donations. This year, you can also order gifts from Amazon and send them directly to the organization. Click here for more info.
