NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A second suspect has been charged in a murder that happened in January 2017.
Officials confirmed 28-year-old Amanda A. Henson was arrested in connection to the murder of 49-year-old John Beers.
Beers was shot to death inside his home on Chesapeake Drive.
Henson is facing a charge of first degree murder.
Police confirmed her co-defendant, 32-year-old Kevin Lamont Williams, was charged with first-degree murder and aggravated robbery in June 2017.
Investigators said Henson allegedly conspired with Williams who shot Beers. They reportedly went to Beers’ home to rob him.
Henson was being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Williams remained jailed on a $500,000 bond.
