BRISTOL, Tenn. - Authorities said three people were killed and a child was injured during a shooting spree at a home in eastern Tennessee.
Sullivan County sheriff's spokeswoman Leslie Earhart said the alleged shooter was wounded during the rampage and was taken into custody a short time later in a nearby driveway. His identity was not released, but Earhart said he's related to the victims.
Earhart said authorities found two adult women dead inside the home near Bristol on Saturday evening. She said an adult male found on the porch with gunshot wounds died later at a hospital.
Earhart said Sunday that several children were inside the home during the shootings, and one young girl suffered non-life threatening injuries.
She said investigators were still trying to determine a motive.
