An investigation got underway in Antioch after an armed robbery turned into a shootout.
The incident happened just before 3 a.m. Thursday on Lori Drive in Antioch.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said three men approached a victim in his car. They had black bandanas over their faces.
At least one of those suspects was armed, so the victim fired in self-defense.
The suspects ran away while firing back.
