Police were called to a popular live music venue in downtown Nashville after a burglary was reported.
The incident happened early Thursday morning at 3rd & Lindsley Bar and Grill, located on 3rd Avenue South.
The manager was next door when he heard a commotion inside the bar. He came around to find a front window had been smashed with a brick and someone had been inside just before 5 a.m.
According to Metro Nashville police officers, it appears cash may have been taken and possibly alcohol. The burglar was in and out in a matter of seconds.
The music venue had a concert Wednesday night and the general manager was finishing up a night's work at the time.
Police said they’re working to develop a suspect description.
