Four people were injured overnight in a head-on crash in Nashville.
The incident happened early Thursday morning at the inspection of Hillsboro Pike and Harding Place.
Three of the victims were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, while one was taken to Nashville General Hospital.
The cause of the crash was unclear.
The roadway was shut down briefly while crews remained on scene.
