A woman has died following a two-vehicle collision that injured three others in Overton County.
The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday on Hilham Highway near Old Union Road.
Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers said 29-year-old Abner Eicher truck was traveling westbound in a Chevrolet truck when it crossed the center line and struck a Ford Escape.
The driver of the SUV, identified as 62-year-old Patricia Burchfield, was airlifted to TriStar Skyline Medical Center. Troopers said she did not survive her injuries.
Three others involved in the crash were hurt, including a 17-year-old.
THP was investigating the crash. They said charges are pending.
