SPARTA, Tenn. (WTVF) — For the second year in a row, a young girl in Sparta decided to hold a lemonade stand to raise money for others.
Breanna Davis said her 4-year-old daughter Paisley wanted to help sick or injured children and their family members. So she set up a stand selling lemonade and cookies for 50 cents each and took donations.
Over just one weekend, Paisley raised $700 for the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville.
"Paisley is always so eager to help others, and we will probably make this a yearly event," Davis said.
Last year, the young girl made $500 and used the money to buy six children Christmas presents.
