NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — August has arrived! Here are five things to do this weekend in Middle Tennessee.

Williamson County Fair – Franklin
Friday, August 2-10
The Williamson County Fair returns to the Williamson County Agricultural EXPO Park and gets underway on Friday. This is the fair’s 15th year in Williamson County.

Fire on the Water – Gallatin
Saturday, August 3

The second annual Fire on the Water Music Festival takes place at Lock 4 Park in Gallatin. The first show at the main stage begins at 1 p.m.

The festival will feature craft brews from Briarscratch of Cottontown and Half Batch Brewing of Hendersonville, in addition to food trucks and artisans.

Tennessee Titans kickoff party – Nashville
Saturday, August 3

The Tennessee Titans are hosting a free kickoff party from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. that will feature a concert from country star Jake Owen. This is the first training camp event of its kind for the team.

Gates open at 4. Parking at Nissan Stadium will be free.

First Saturday Art Crawl – Nashville
Saturday, August 3

The FirstBank First Saturday Art Crawl takes place along Fifth Avenue of the Arts and in the Historic Arcade. More than 1,000 people attend the once-a-month event, which highlights artwork from local and world-renowned artists.

Beyond Wings at Plaza Mariachi – Nashville
Sunday, August 4

Beyond Wings Circus is a Nashville-based company of professional entertainers, performers, and instructors that specialize in circus arts, aerial arts, dance, flow arts, fire dancing, stilt walking and juggling. They perform weekly at Plaza Mariachi.

This weekend's show begins at 2 p.m. and wraps at 6 p.m.
