TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Law enforcement officials are searching for a man charged in the deadly shootings of two men at a lake in northeastern Tennessee.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says warrants were issued for the arrest of 70-year-old David Vowell on two counts of First Degree Murder. Initially, he was being sought in connection with the deaths of 26-year-old Chance Black and 25-year-old Zachery Grooms as a person of interest.
But as the investigation continued, investigators named Vowell as a suspect in the case.
