LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Louisville Metro Police say a 74-year-old man was stabbed to death inside a convenience store.
Multiple news outlets report Paul Cason was stabbed in the neck at a Shell gas station Sunday night after a fight. Carson was taken to University Hospital where he died.
Family members say Cason frequently bought lottery tickets inside the convenience store.
Police are still trying to determine who stabbed Carson. A spokeswoman said detectives are interviewing witnesses and trying to develop leads on the suspect.
Carson was retired from the Louisville Slugger Museum and worked in maintenance at Christian Care Nursing Home.
