Allegations of a Metro school bus driver playing Pokemon Go while driving are circulating online, and causing quite the stir among parents.
The story is that a school bus driver headed to H.G. Hill Middle School was playing Pokemon Go while driving children, and that a camera on the bus caught the incident.
Metro Schools tells NewsChannel 5 that the story isn't true. Officials said the subsitute driver pulled over to look at her phone's GPS for directions, and a disruptive student yelled she was playing "Pokemon Go."
The story got back to the school, and officials said they then reviewed the video and determined the driver was not playing the game.
However, School Board member Amy Frogge tells NewsChannel 5 that the investigation into this claim is still ongoing -- and the head of transportation is still gathering information and interviews.
