NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The suspect accused in a mass shooting at an Antioch Waffle House has been indicted on 17 counts in the case.
Travis Reinking was indicted by a Davidson County grand jury on several counts, including first-degree murder.
Reinking is accused of killing four people – Taurean Sanderlin, Joe Perez, DeEbony Groves and Akilah Dasilva – and wounding others at the Antioch restaurant back in April 2018.
Back in August, a judge ordered him to be placed in a mental health facility until he is competent to stand trial. The Middle TN Mental Health Institute later ruled that Reinking was competent to continue the judicial process.
