NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Legendary country group Alabama will wrap their historic “50th Anniversary End of Tour Celebration” with a stop in Nashville.

The band will perform on November 20 at Bridgestone Arena. Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie Daniels will join them for the event.

Alabama announced the 50th anniversary tour late last year.

The trio formed in Fort Payne, Alabama in 1969 with frontman Randy Owen, bass player Teddy Gentry, and guitarist Jeff Cook. Since then, they've become one of the most celebrated groups in country music history and have won more than 200 industry awards, including an induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

“This tour has been amazing,” said Randy Owen. “We are humbled by the huge response and sell out crowds. Ending in Nashville with this ‘End of Tour Celebration’ will give us a chance to invite some of our friends to join us. We are thankful to all the fans for supporting us over the past 50 years.”

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. and will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000, and the Bridgestone Arena box office.
