NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An AMBER Alert has been canceled after a baby reported missing out of Memphis was found safe.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said 11-month-old Rose Graham was taken by her father, Roscoe Graham, Monday night.
