CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WTVF) — An Amber Alert has been canceled after a toddler, who was reported missing out of Chattanooga, was found safe. The man suspected of taking her is in custody.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials say 23-month-old Octavia Shaw was taken by 37 year-old Matias Martinez after a traffic stop and was last seen on foot on Boyscout Road in Chattanooga.
The TBI said Martinez was captured after a tipster spotted them in the area where they disappeared Thursday night.
