NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Authorities confirmed an ambulance was involved in an early morning crash.
According to officials, the ambulance collided with an SUV around 2:45 a.m. Saturday in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near the Fesslers Lane exit.
Police said it was not clear what caused the wreck.
Officers said there was a patient in the ambulance at the time, but confirmed no one was hurt in the wreck.
