An Antioch man has been identified as the victim who drowned in Percy Priest Lake over the weekend.
Officials with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said the incident happened shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday.
Witnesses reported seeing 44-year-old Gregg Gleaves climbing up on the back of a boat when he fell from the swim platform of the vessel.
They said he did not appear to have hit his head on anything as he went into the water. However, he did not resurface.
His body was recovered shortly after dark.
TWRA officials said an autopsy would have to determine the cause of death.
